Bakso Urat ( Beef Tendon Soup )
Ah..what else should I say ? I love this " soup".It warms me during the winter * Yes, I've been cooking Bakso many times during the winter*
The beef tendon meatballs really help to add the flavor, moreover the SAMBAL BAKSO, is the PLUS POINT!

Beef tendon meatballs
leek,sliced about 1-2 inches length
celery stalk 1-2 inches length
Boil the beef bones,the fat and the tripe for couple hours.
Add some salt,pepper,beef boullion,celery and leeks.
Add meatballs in the end.
Serve with fried onion and sliced celery on top.
