Bubur Ayam Sukabumi/Muara ( Sukabumi/Muara Chicken Porridge Style )


Description:
Oh how I love this food! I used to have this as bfast when I was in Bandung. Every morning! With rp.5.000/portion, it's not that bad.

Rice porridge with shredded chicken, chicken liver& gizzards ( extra fee ), sweet soy sauce,crackers and the hot sauce, makes it complete!


Ingredients:
1 cup rice
salt
lemongrass
water
Bay leave
Coconut milk ( 1/2 cup )
-----------------
Bring it to boil
----------------------

Seasoning :
Candlenut 1
Shallots 2
Garlic 1
Kaffir lime leave 2
Bay leave 2-3
Corriander , a dash
Oil
-------------------


Directions:
Stir fry the seasonings half cook, comes to good fragrance
Add the chicken broth from the chicken
Add to the rice ( boiled with water and coconut milk )
Stir around till it's fully becomes porridge. Add water or chicken broth if the consistency still not right.

Pour the porridge in a bowl
Add the shredded chicken, chicken gizzard and liver
Add the fried soy bean ( kacang kedele )
Sweet soy sauce
Crackers ( kerupuk )
Sambal ( hot sauce ). I use Sambal Bakso.

  1. Ya ampyun, beberapa hari ini aku lagi kepengen banget bubur ayam. Nyari-nyari resep bubur ayam Sukabumi/ Cirebon tapi agak ribet pembikinannya. Akhirnya bikinlah daku bubur ayam Hong Kong. Nah kan ketemu resep bubur ayam Sukabuminya Mei Mei. Dan seperti biasa resepmu ringkes kes. Bikin lagi ah...(padahal 3-4 hari belakangan bikin bubur ayam Hong Kong berturut-turut) Thanks darling!

  2. LOL. Silahkan dicoba. Mei2 pernah buat Bubur Hong Kong juga, tapi lbh sreg sama yg ini. Lbh "rame" isinya :D . Congee Hong Kong kan simple aja. Btw, ada FB ? add me, ya. Biar gak loose contact lagi :D
