Rendang Kerang ( Clams with Beef Spicy Seasoning )
My lunch for yesterday noon.Since I bought Clams and attemped to cook them.
I tried bumbu Rendang Indofood,but it didn't taste good at all( I washed my clams and potatoes and used Munik ).
half sachet of Munik.
1/4 can of coconut milk.
1 potatoes, peeled , cut into small chuncks.
1 small bowl of clams.
A lil oil to fry
1.Heat the oil and pour the Munik spicy
2.Stir around for awhile.
3.Add the clams and potatoes.
4.Add the coconut milk.
5.Stir around with medium heat.
6.Taste and ready to serve.
