Ikan Cakalang ( Manado Style )


Description:
I've been craving for Ikan Cakalang for awhile, and finally cooked some yesterday :D


Ingredients:
2 Ikan Tuna ( I grilled them )
Oil
Shallots
Garlics
Red & Green Chilies
Pandan Leaves
Kaffir Lime Leaves
Galangal
Ginger
Lemon Grass
Salt
Sugar

Directions:
1. Grill the fish till brown
2.Heat some oil, and add all the ingredients ( all ingredients are cut into slices, thin ones ),stir fry till it's cooked
3.Add the fish ( peel the fish meat randomly )
4.Add sugar and salt

  2. Da, Iya... Kalo org Sumatra blgnya ikan tongkol. Untungnya di sini dpt yg kecil2, kyk ukuran ikan gembung. Msh aktif di sini juga ya ?

  5. Hmm.. harus ikan yg padat dagingnya. Jgn tilapia, krn cpt hancur. Mackarel, bisa gak ? Ikan gembung gitu
