Sambal Udang Kentang ( Shrimps & Potatoes Spicy )
I'm back with old recipe.^__^ (soalnya ini udh resep jaman baheula sih ). I bought raw shrimps last week in JJ. I was attempted to have Sambal Udang one day. Here I'm with Sambal Udang.
We love this kind of cook.Mommy always buys small shrimps and cooks like this. Once she cooks,the shrimps is gone within a few mnts. Habis enak sihhhhhhhhhhh....
So,resep turun temurun nih dari sang Mami tercinta ( gak sabaran terima paket susulan sabtu ini ) . Horeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!
10 shrimps (big ones )
1 big tomato
Blend all the ingredients,but shrimps.
oil to fry
1 big potato,cut dices and fried
1.Fry the potatoes ( dices shapes ) and drain
2.Heat the oil, pour the blended sauce in the pan
3.Stir around abt 2-3 mnts,add the shrimps
4.Let the shrimps cooked for a couple minutes
5.Add a lil water and stir around
6.Add a lil sugar ( incase it's really spicy )
7.Stir well,medium heat till the sauce is less.
8.Ready to eat!!!!!!!!
