Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Bahhhh!!! My very 1st time cooking Chicken Alfredo.Hooray!!!!!!!! I thought it's hard to do it,but no no no.....
It tastes just like from Olive Garden !!! Found the secret recipe ^___^.
Chicken Tighs/Breast ( boneless ) - steamed for abt 30 minutes or till it's tender and cooked well. Drain the chicken from the broth. Cut into dices
Fettucini Pasta or other pasta
2 teaspoon butter
1/2 pack Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Milk or Half and Half
Corn Starch to make it sticky
Cheese ( mozarella )
Mix all the ingredients for Alfredo Sauce. Stir around , medium heat.Make sure it's a lil bit creamy/ sticky.
Mix the diced chicken into the sauce. Serve with cheese on top.
Ready to eat!!!!!!!!
