Gulai Udang Bakso Sapi ( Shrimp Curry with Beef Tendon Meatballs )
Had no idea what would I have for lunch. Checking my stocks,thinking to make Gulai. Got confused weather using Beef,Pork,Chicken or Shrimp. Tadaaa..... I decided to use Shrimp and Beef Tendon Meatballs ^___^
1 handful shrimp
2 potatoes, cut into small chunks
chilies ( as needed, cabe rawit plg OK )
Indofood Gulai seasoning
Heat some oil and add the Gulai seasoning
Add shrimp,potatoes,chilies and coconut milk.
Add a lil water
Stir around and let it cook for abt 15 mnts
Ready to eat !!!
