Meatball Loaves with Tomato Gravy n Mashed Potatoes

I am a picky eater.. So,don't surprise if you don't see a lot American recipes here. Ssssstt.... I'm not a fan of American food ^___^.

But,this time, I gave up. I saw this recipe on tv at Rachel Ray's 30 minutes meals. Dang...... baby!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I liked it!!!

So,I tried to make this meal tonite. I was so excited.Ronnie had his bowl of cereal tonite, but he said he'd try later ( I'll bring the food tonite to the bar ). ^___^.

Mom said it's yummy!!!!!!! She likes the sauce.I loved it,too !!! I usually don't eat long beans, but since it's sprinkled with bacon.. mama mia!!!!!!!! I ate it !!! ^___^ .

Meatball :

2 pieces rounded ground beef ( or 1/2 lbs ground beef or pork )
1 cup grated cheese ( but I used the american cheese, chopped it )
a couple handfuls of Bread Crumbs
1 egg
Parsley,chopped ( dried one )
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tea spoon Worcestershire sauce
Other spices like salt, pepper ( as needed )

Sauce :

2 tea spoon olive oil
4-5 baby carrots,chopped
2-3 slices onion,chopped
rosemary ,as needed
tomato paste ( but I used Tomato Ketchup ) 1/4 cups

Meatball :
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and other ingredients.

Take the muffin baking sheet, drizzle the olive oil. Form the meat into meat ball loaves like tennis ball shape. Bake for 20 mnts.

While the meatloaves bake, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil.Add the other ingredients.Stir around 1-2 minutes. Simmer until thickened.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes, too. Plus, Beans with Bacon.
