Orange Cream Cheese Pie

Description:
Watching Paula's Home Cooking again. Mom and I liked the recipe of Cherry Cream Cheese Pie. But instead of Cherry,we used Mandarin Orange ( We just had it as dessert at 11.30 pm!!! ) :D

Ronnie and I spend time at the basement with MeiLee at nite. He plays Everquest, meanwhile I check my Mp,emails,reading articles ect.

Sometimes he asks me to play game with him. .I said, Aghh.. don't wanna. " . Everytime he plays, a few times he got DC. He mumbling what happened. Then,he realizes that my Imeem impacts to the game. . he said, " AWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm dead again.I am in the middle of the fight." he he he he.

I said," I didn't do anything. " He he he he. He looked at me and said," Are you streaming ?? Your music ?? " I said," I closed it.I closed my MP" .

Ronnie said,' Baby...whatever it is,it disturbs my computer.Please get rid of it.... I'm about to block Multiply or whatever . Bla bla bla bla." he he he he.

Awww....I better get rid of the Imeem before he really block the MP.ha ha ha ha. So.. tonite I took out the songs. Maybe when he's not at home,I'll put the songs back.He he he he.

Steak Diane

Nonton Foodtv lagi... Liat episode Paula's Home Cooking. Naksir Steak Diane - nya.

Menggebu2 pengen masak.Mumpung msh ada sisa mushroom. Ronnie blg," Blm lapar lagi." Tiap 5 mnt tanya," Udh lapar,blm ??" ha ha ha ha. Gak sabaran mo masakin :D

A fin, Ronnie blg," Ok deh.. Masak skrg ". :P


Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley leaves
1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into 8 slices

Different kind of beef , boleh2 saja .

Directions:
Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt, and cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in the parsley; pour the sauce into a small metal bowl or saucepan, cover, and keep warm. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet. Cook the steaks over medium-high heat, turning them once, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium. Serve the steaks with the mushroom sauce.

Got some fruits and don't know what to do with them ?? Try Frutty Chicken,new recipe for Baked Chicken with frutty flavor ( sweet-y,crunchy and yummy!!! ) :D .. Duileeeee.....iklan benerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :D

Yup..After taking MeiLee to local park this evening with Gillian, I was attempted to try a new recipe.

Since Mom got some fruit cups in the cupboard, I just went ahead and created a new one. :D


Ingredients:
Chicken ( any parts,either drumsticks,breasts or tighs )
Seasonings ( garlic powder,salt,pepper,herbs,chili powder )
1 cup of Fruit Cup ( I used a mixed one Cherry,Guava,Peach )
1 cup of Mandarin Orange ( you can add any fruits you want )
1 teaspoon butter
water


Directions:
Springkle the seasonings on the chicken
Bake the chicken at temp. 350 F ,abt 30 mnts
Add the Fruit Cups all together with the juice
Bake another 10 mnts
Turn into Broil abt 5 mnts

Ready to eat...

The taste ??? Sweety.....Crispy... Yummy!!!!!!!!!!! ^_____^

Stuffed Mushroom & BBQ Pork Chops

Description:
yeah... wanted to eat diffrent food this time. I had made Stuffed mushroom before.But this time added with Bacon & seasonings.

For Pork Chops BBQ, I added Corriander ( Ketumbar ),biar wangi,bow :D




Ingredients:
mushrooms
bacon
garlic powder
cream cheese
Parmesan
pepper
seasonings
Crumbs



Directions:
cut off the stems and sliced thinly
mix with cream cheese,parmesan,garlic powder n seasonings,crumbs plus bacon
Mix together and fill into the mushroom.

Springkle the bread crumbs and parsley on top.

Bake abt 20-30 mnts.

Ready !!!
