Indonorthwest Ohio Family Christmas Celebration Party,Dec 11th' 05 - Toledo

Home sweet home!!! It's nice to be home again..After spending whole day long to Toledo,celebrating Christmas there,we're home.

We left for Toledo by bus early morning on Sunday.We sat on the front,next to the door.It's nice to see the view clearly.( It's still snowy,though ).Ronnie said,when we went back home,he wanted to sit on the back ( The truth,indeed,we sat way too the back,the last seats,next to the lavatory ).

Our bus stopped in Dayton,Lima n Findlay.Tripp picked us in the bus station.Once I arrived at his house, Lina welcomed us warmly.She almost didn't recognize me,me either..I was introduced to Tante Lauren & Yuli.And,guess what? KEKE RAMPOK eh ROMPAS!!!! She's one of the sprinters from Indonesia ( For me,I call her si Ratu Jayus ) .She was holding a knife when I wanted to shake her hands. Takut ,bowww

I met some new couples ( goodness,most of them were from MI ).We're the only couple came from Cincinnati..I met Melly ( after sending emails and chatting for few months,we met there) and Tri who drove 2 hrs from Lansing,MI.

Food was great!!!!!! I cooked Saksang Ayam and Kue Bawang.The others brought Ayam Rica2 & Soto ( Keke ),Mie Hun ( Celly ),Gado2 ( Prapti ),Nasi Goreng ( Mira ),ect.

The kids read the poem and got gifts from Santa Claus!!!.Ladies had the Exchange gift ( Guess what? Melly,got my gift!!!! ). I got Candle lite !!! Lina even gave me 2 more candles!!! Thank you,Lina.

Next,we had a Dancing Class.Lani & husband taught us how to dance with Israel music. Yippe!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lot's of fun!!!!

Continued chatting with Ibu2 PKK .Lina gave me a Christmas gift.A syal n gloves!!!! Soooo sweet.I was amazed,cos they're red! I brought my red hat,too.And yes,my heavy coat is red,too!!! What a match!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I brought home some food, Sayur Lodeh,Soto Ayam n Nasi + Ayam.Yummy...yummy.....

Goodness,I didn't wanna go home,still wanted to spend time with them..We should have stayed overnite before.It's so fast to leave.

We almost missed our bus.Thank God,once we arrived,the bus left.We arrived home at 00.30am. Home sweet home. I had supper and ate the rice & chicken Lina gave to us.

Thank you for your hospitality,Papa Tripp & Mama Lina.We did enjoy it.Can't wait to see you next year.

Today Ronnie didn't work. He's still really tired,our back hurt.Legs hurt,too.I can't walk well,cos the thighs are stiffed.
