Description: I'm not a fan of sandwich or burger.But,I'd like to try something new for dinner tonite,the burger stuff ^___^.
This looks like Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger from Fridays,just minus Bacon ( dang!!!!!!!!!!!!! I forgot to add some bacon on the burgers!!! )
It turned good,cos I put the melted cheese inside of the burgers.Yummyyyy.....
Ingredients: 1 pack ground beef 2 teaspoon chopped onion salt n pepper garlic powder Sharp Cheddar Cheese ( I used the dice shapes ) American Cheese
Directions: Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion,salt,pepper,and slip the cheddar cheese inside of the burger.
Fry the burgers and turn each side abt 5- 7 minutes ( medium-medium well ) Add the tomato,lettuce,pickles and onions and mayo on the burger. Add 1 slice of American Cheese,and heat in microwave abt 10-20 secs.
MeiLee's caught in the act picking the tiramisu I just baked. lol....
Guess she loves it. I gave her a slice,she couldn't wait,she pulled the plate from the table and it fell on the floor. Duh!!!!!!!!!!!!
I threw it and gave her another piece. Lol.. Grandma came from downstairs and had some.She shared with MeiLee.Later,Grandma had another piece and shared again.
It was a nice treat,Mom said. MeiLee seemed wanted more,but I didn't give her. She played in the living room and came back to me again. Kinda cranky.. I didn't realize what she wanted. I saw her standing by the trash can and grabbed the tiramisu from the floor,and ate it!! AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I grabbed it and threw it back to the trash can.I washed her hand and took another piece from the refrigerator. Now,she's having the 2nd one. Lol..
Gosh.. Hope Ronnie won't see it,or he'll be mad at me for feeding MeiLee a lot. Ha ha ha ha ha ha..

This creamy soup is good for kids who don't like veggies ( MeiLee don't wanna eat veggies,so I have to trick her by putting some broc in it.She ate it!!! )
Ingredients: 1 handful of Broccoli ( Steamed for a couple minutes,till it's well cooked ) 1 garlic,chopped 1 teaspoon butter 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup half-and-half cream 2-3 slices kraft cheddar cheese slices ( I use Gouda ) 1 tea spoon of flour 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (to garnish) 1 pinch of parsley (to garnish)
Directions: Heat the pan and stir some garlic till smells good Add the chicken broth,half and half and whipped cream,cheese,salt and pepper Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Add some flour to make the soup thicker Add the cheese Add the broccoli Stir abt 2-3 more minutes Garnish with Gouda or cheddar cheese and parsley
What a surprise!!!! I woke up late on Sunday morning,and found Ronnie and MeiLee were not at home.
Mom's home,but the car wasn't there.I thought Mom went out with MeiLee.But,Ronnie took the car and left his Cadillac at the driveway.
I called Ronnie abt 12 pm,I heard noise behind the background.I asked him,"Where are you,Babe ?" He said," Church."
I was surprise. I asked," Why did you leave me ????? "
He said," Honey, you've been working so hard. You deserve to have some rest.Next week you can go.Just go to bed and have some more sleep."

I heard MeiLee's gibbering with other kids there. Ha ha ha ha ha
He said," We're at the nursery room." I heard MeiLee said," Hi there!!!!!!! ". Ha ha h aha ha ha .
Ronnie said that they're late. He said," We will stop by at CAM after church,hun."
I asked," What you wanna do there?" Wonder... he never goes to CAM by himself :P
He said," We wanna buy hot sauce for you." Awww......Ronnie's so nice. I broke my only bottle Sambal ABC the other day at the backyard :(
Ronnie said," We'll stop by there and buy some for you." ^____^
After awhile,I called Ronnie.He said," Not yet,hun....We have another stop,wanna make a surprise for you." ^___^.

While waiting for them,I cooked MeiLee's lunch.It's Broccoli Cheese Soup.
Soon, I heard the car went to the driveway. Wahhhh!!!!!!!!! It's Ronnie & MeiLee!!!!!
Ronnie and MeiLee were so happy. MeiLee ignored me. ha ha ha ha ha.
Ronnie said," Gee..baby...MeiLee's outfit was horrible.Didn't match at all." ha ha ha ha ha.
I said," What?? She's ok." He said," Oh,no...look at her.... I couldn't find the matching pants for her.I just grabbed whatever I saw this morning." HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.
RONNIE DRESSED MEILEE!!! WHAT A SURPRISE !!!!!
Of course,MeiLee didn't care at all. :P
I put MeiLee in high chair..I asked her," Hi,Pumpkin...Tell Mommy what did you do at church ??? "
She ignored me.She listened to her harp. :D
I asked her again," What was the surprise,MeiLee?? Mommy wanna know,pleaseee..."
She kept listening to the music and ignoring me.Ha ha ha ha ha...
Ronnie brought a plastic bag and showed me. Wahhh...2 bottles of Sambal ABC. Then,he gave me another stuff. " Here you go,Mommy." He bought me FRIED RICE!!! My fave from China Chef ( been awhile I haven't been there ).
So,we had lunch together. MeiLee had her soup, I had the fried rice meanwhile Ronnie and Grandma had Indomie Goreng :P
I gave MeiLee a bath and changed her outfit.
Ronnie said," Good,baby..please change her outfit." :D

At nite,before we slept,Ronnie laughed and said," Gee....baby.... I couldn't stop laughing when I saw MeiLee.She looked like a bag of.... "
I asked," What do you mean ?" He said," She looked like a homeless girl with unmatching clothes.ha ha ha ha ha. "
I punched him and we laughed together.
I told him," Next time, you'll do better." He said," Oh,no.......no more next time for awhile.. Please.." ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Yay!!!! I love this food. I tried to cook it last 2 weeks ago,but didn't taste rite.Last nite,after work,I tried again.It turned AWESOME!!!!
Ronnie accompanied me cooking abt 11 pm. Lol....He said," I'm staying here till the Salmon smells stink." Ha ha ha ha ha ha. Poor Ronnie,he is not the seafood lover.
I haven't changed my outfit yet,but I kept cooking. Hhhmmm.....the salmon smelt sooooo goooddddddd,and the cedar smoking seasoning added the flavor on it.
Finally Ronnie gave up.He went downstairs and left me alone in the kitchen.Mom had gone to bed 30 mnts earlier. he he he he he he he.
After cooking almost 1 hour ( yeah..my salmons stuck!!! ). I had to unfrozen them before I fried ,but it's too late.
I tasted it,and YAY!!!!! EXACTLY LIKE FRIDAYS'!!!!!
Ronnie came up and asked," Is it done ??? Wow,baby!!! It looks so good!!!"
I ate it by myself in the kitchen while chatting with my cousin.It was a big portion,couldn't eat it anymore, I gave up.Gave the leftover ( lil left ) to the doggies.
From now on, I don't need to buy it from Fridays'..cos I can cook it at home
Cos I have tried Potato Skins,Broc Soup,Potato Soup n Peruvian Chicken earlier
,but it's too late.
