Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Description:
Bahhhh!!! My very 1st time cooking Chicken Alfredo.Hooray!!!!!!!! I thought it's hard to do it,but no no no.....

It tastes just like from Olive Garden !!! Found the secret recipe ^___^.



Ingredients:
Chicken Tighs/Breast ( boneless ) - steamed for abt 30 minutes or till it's tender and cooked well. Drain the chicken from the broth. Cut into dices

Fettucini Pasta or other pasta

Alfredo Sauce
2 teaspoon butter
1/2 pack Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Milk or Half and Half
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sage
Parsley
Corn Starch to make it sticky
Sliced mushrooms
Cheese ( mozarella )



Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for Alfredo Sauce. Stir around , medium heat.Make sure it's a lil bit creamy/ sticky.

Mix the diced chicken into the sauce. Serve with cheese on top.

Ready to eat!!!!!!!!

MeiLee : Hiding Under the Couch

This is it..She loves this spot!! Don't understand how she can go under the couch ^____^.

This time I catch her.he he he he. Last time,she was trapped under the same couch,felt asleep with half body was under the couch,other half was out of the couch :D

Sharing - ' As Long as It's Not My Baby '

I want to share abt what we overheard at the mall the other day. It's a simple conversation between a pregnant lady and her son abt 6-7 yo.

We walked into the mall, and we saw a lady with her son,other daughter and her Mom.They were sitting on a chair by the door.

As we walked,I overheard this lady said to her son :

Lady : Did you tell your Dad that I'm having a baby?

Son : Yes.He said, " I don't care,as long as it's not mine ".

Lady : ( quiet )..........................

As I passed them and overheard that, I was quite. The lady expected said something else,but it turned into bad opinion. She looked at me and I pretended not to hear that.I know she's so embarassed.

Ronnie who was holding MeiLee,turned to me and we looked at one each other. I asked him," Hun,did you hear that ?" Ronnie said," Yes..I tried not to laugh,but,boyyyyyyyyy..that's not a smart answer for a kid to tell.Bet she got baby from another guy."

I think so. In the other hand,it's funny to see and hear how naive a kid can be.They just say whatever they're told. But,when it comes to certain things, I don't think it's an appropriate manner to teach kids to say bad words ( words that can hurt someone's feeling ).

I believe this pregnant lady had broken up with the boy's father.They have issues,and this lady's pregnant again. Don't care from whom,but telling the kid to tell the Mom what the father says??? Hello ???????????????

If the parents have problems,I don't think they need to tell the kids how bad their feelings. The father might dislike and not care abt the mother,but hey...... he doesn't need to add more pain with the words.

Ronnie and I discussed abt it.He said," Pity kids..Trapped in the middle because of the parents' behaviours." I am so sad, I am hurt..As a mother, it's like an offense for me,having a kid told me abt the dad's opinion.

Oh,boy....my eyes are opened now. I've never seen this happened before. Freedom of speech is way too liberal here. * omongan kdg gak difilter.*

My questions :
Who is blamed in this ?? Parents don't teach the manner or.... ?

or... is this the way of life now ?

Ternyata pemilihan 7 keajaiban milik dunia (7 wonder) kembali digelar
lagi. berbeda dengan kriteria sebelumnya dengan keajaiban yang dibuat
secara sengaja oleh manusia dalam bentuk bangunan, kali ini panitia
mengajak dunia untuk memilih 7 keajaiban baru milik dunia yang bukan
dari buatan manusia.

Sudah terpilih sebanyak 77 tempat diseluruh dunia dari berbagai
kategori, dan indonesia sudah terpilih (entah diajukan atau bagaimana)
sebanyak 3 tempat eksotik, antara lain:
1. Komodo National Park
2. Krakatau, Volcanic Island
3. Lake Toba

dan ternyata, Sipadan Island diajukan sebagai salah satu nominasi oleh
Malaysia... emang bener udah milik Malaysia yah?

Banyak kontroversi memang tentang acara pemilihan ini.
Kalo boleh mengibaratkan, kalo amrik punya american idol (si cook ya
yang menang??), Indonesia punya Indonesian Idol, Asia punya Asian
Idol, pemilihan ini bisa kita namakan '7 Wonders Idol'. Kalo idol2
yang lainny pemenangnya di pilih dari berapa banyak sms yang masuk, 7
Wonders Idol ini voting dilakukan melalui internet.

Sangatlah mungkin meski lokasinya tidak menarik, seperti singapura
misalnya yang mengajukan Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, tapi karena
masyarakatnya lebih melek internet (ini yang mau
kutekankan dari contoh tsb), Indonesia yang lebih punya potensi bisa kalah.
(PLEASE DEH, BUKIT TIMAH??? MENDINGAN
DANAU UI KEMANA2!!! HUIHIHIHIHI. .. TO PERSONAL YA ;P)

Di beberapa negara berkembang, Brazil misalnya pemerintahnya
menyediakan fasilitas gratis untuk masyarakatnya yang tidak punya
akses internet agar bisa memilih nominasi untuk Negaranya.

Setidaknya ini adalah ajang promosi pariwisata gratis tingkat dunia.
Katanya lagi Visit Indonesia 2008.

Walaupun pemilihan ini agak2 kontroversial, Ayo rame2 kita vote untuk
Indonesia!!! kita kan salah satu dari sebagian kecil masyarakat
Indonesia yang melek internet.
